We make this recipe about once a month, and eat it nearly everyday. Not too sweet, not overly fatty, decent protein—and minerals!

Pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit / 165 degrees Celsius.

--8 cups organic regular rolled oats
--1/2 cup organic raw wheat germ
			--1/4 cup organic flax seeds
			--1/4 cup organic sesame seeds
--3/4 cup organic raw pumpkin seeds (not hulled)
--1 cup organic shredded (large flake) coconut, unsweetened
--1 1/2 cups organic nuts, chopped (we favor almonds or hazelnuts)
			--1/8 teaspoon salt
			--1 cup honey, heated
--1/2 cup organic oil (we use canola)

Dry: mix oats, seeds, wheat germ, and salt in a big bowl (we use a metal one). Keep coconut aside.

Wet: stir in the warmed honey, then the oil, and coat everything thoroughly.

Bake in a large pan (we use the same big metal bowl), stirring every 10-12 minutes, tell done (well-browned is how we like it, so 65-75 minutes).

When done, let cool, then stir in coconut.
